• Term co-terminous with their respective positions: Member of the Board of Supervisors, Director of the Fresno City and County Historical Society, the County Director of Tourism, the County of Fresno Superintendent of Parks and Grounds and the member from the City of Fresno Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department.

Duties |
Review, evaluate and advise the Board of Supervisors regarding the preservation, use and enhancement of Kearney Park. |
Qualifications |
• One (1) licensed and certified arborist (preferred, not required).
• Two (2) California State licensed landscape architects (preferred, not required).
• One (1) California State licensed architect, specializing in California historic
preservation (preferred, not required).
• One (1) member of the Board of Supervisors.
• The Director of the Fresno City and County Historical Society.
• The Fresno County Director of Tourism.
• One (1) member of the Fresno County Recreation and Wildlife Commission.
• One (1) member of the City of Fresno Parks, Recreation and Community
Services Department.
• The County of Fresno Superintendent of Parks and Grounds.
• One (1) citizen at large.
• All Board members of the Committee shall be residents of Fresno County. |

AB 1234 Ethics Training |
Pursuant to Government Code Section 53235, if any local agency provides any type of compensation, salary, or stipend to a member of a legislative body or provides reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred by a member of a legislative body in the performance of official duties, then all agency officials shall receive training in ethics. |
