Membership	Seven Members
Term Specifications	• Two (2) years for tenant members. • Four (4) years for remaining members.
Compensation	$50 per day, plus expenses (paid by the Authority)
Duties	Acquisition/disposition of property; enter into agreements, invest funds, purchase bonds; make investigations and recommendations; contract with federal, state and local governments; establish rental procedures, rates, and regulations; and provide policy direction; oversee policy, housing programs and administration, and fiscal matters of the agency.
Qualifications	• Five (5) at-large citizens appointed by each Supervisor. • Two (2) tenants of the Authority (one tenant being 62 years of age or older).

AB 1234 Ethics Training	Pursuant to Government Code Section 53235, if any local agency provides any type of compensation, salary, or stipend to a member of a legislative body or provides reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred by a member of a legislative body in the performance of official duties, then all agency officials shall receive training in ethics.
