| Duties |
Acquisition/disposition of property; enter into agreements, invest funds, purchase bonds; make investigations and recommendations; contract with federal, state and local governments; establish rental procedures, rates, and regulations; and provide policy direction; oversee policy, housing programs and administration, and fiscal matters of the agency. |
| Qualifications |
• Five (5) at-large citizens appointed by each Supervisor.
• Two (2) tenants of the Authority (one tenant being 62 years of age or older). |

| AB 1234 Ethics Training |
Pursuant to Government Code Section 53235, if any local agency provides any type of compensation, salary, or stipend to a member of a legislative body or provides reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred by a member of a legislative body in the performance of official duties, then all agency officials shall receive training in ethics. |
